Bridgetown, Barbados – The Haitian Real Estate Professionals Association (HREPA) today announced a significant partnership with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) to launch a new affordable housing initiative aimed at increasing access to quality, sustainable homes in select Caribbean nations. This collaboration marks a pivotal step in HREPA’s mission to facilitate partnerships that build wealth and improve living conditions within the Haitian community and broader Caribbean diaspora.
The multi-year project will leverage HREPA’s extensive network of real estate developers, investors, and local experts alongside the CDB’s financial resources and regional development expertise. Initial phases will focus on feasibility studies and pilot projects in two target countries, with the aim of developing scalable models for future expansion. “This partnership exemplifies our commitment to tangible impact, transforming blueprints into homes and aspirations into tangible assets for families,” said Marie-Claire Duval, HREPA’s Director of Community Impact.
